True Blood

What the @#%$ ? I was tripping about this last episode of True Blood. Bill looks dumb as hell! Now what i didn’t like about last Sundays episode was the fact that they left so much open. Now sookie has made this deal with Eric to help him find out who killed/ kidnapped  his maker which was a kid. Sookie agrees to do so if Eric lets Lafayette go so he does. Now Sookie and bill agrees that she should go undercover to see what she can find out about who killed/kidnapped  Eric’s maker. Not good because now the Church Fellowship of the Sun has jacked sookies ass up, and guess what bill can’t get to her to save her. Why? because fucked up Eric has called bills maker in to control him. See he wants sookie always have and he has to get bill out the way so he can have her. So Eric has a different motive all together besides trying to figure out who killed/kidnapped  his maker. And second of all why in the hell do you want to know so bad and catch whoever did it? He  seems too  involved. so we have to see the real deal on that issue. I will say it was cool to see who Eric’s maker was and the conditions around him begin created. Now Jason Sookie’s brother has join the the fellowship of the sun and he has help build some kind of platform to sacrifice a vampire on. Yes. Jason has no idea at this point that they have his sister, however even tho sookie has given a false name i think they know who she is. But the key to saving Sookie may fall under the pastors wife who is now fucking jason. Yes. Not to mention in the last episode she jacked Jason off in the tub. LOL!! Jason didn’t know what the hell to do at first. But you know he went with it. So now she’s bold with it that they got busy in the church. I was so scared that someone was going to walk in and catch them in the act. crazy! so she tells Jason that she is not with her husband anymore even tho they are still married now and says her husband is shutting her out so forth and so on so you know Jason. In tonights episode  they show Jason getting jacked up by her husband, now is it because he has found out that he did his wife or because of some crap with sookie and the vampires?

Now back to bill. His maker is in love with him and she has not found anyone like him so she has no trouble coming to the aid of Eric for her own personal reasons and not so much his. Now they showed him as a singer  back in the day and his maker and with the excitement of swinging they get this couple together and ends up feeding on them and having sex in a bloody mess. OK so I’m not sure was this fantasy or was this an event that actually happen, but they both seem to enjoy this. So his maker finds him because she has his blood flowing threw her so she over powers him in the hotel right at the moment he knows that someone is trying to get Sookie: But guess what? He can’t get to her ass. And there is nothing that bill can do against his maker because she is way stronger and older then him. Now while all this is going on you have Jessica in the next room and i guess she assumes that he is with sookie. She gets a knock on the door and it’s her friend that she so happy to see him. He makes her feel normal and loved. He is so charming. Ok more later i have to get back to class.. Ok so Jessica’s love interest is name Hoyt he lives at home with his mom and she is up is ass all the time trying to run his life, so he tells his mother after she had his cell phone turned off because of late night phone calls fromJessica that his girlfriend is a vampire! She’s looking real crazy. But Jessica has made Hoyt tough, because normally he doesn’t talk back. So tonight i am wondering will Jessica and Hoyt discover the deal with Bill and what will Jessica do?  Last but not least Maryann has everyone in town Fucking all out in the open and now she has Tara and eggs out. What! I couldn’t believe Tara when i saw eggs hitting it from the back. I was like oh My Goodness!! So if you have not been tuning in you are missing out on yet another great series from HBO.

Where have you been?

Where have i been? Is a great question.

I missed you all!! So much has happen in these last 2 1/2 3 weeks and threw it all i have been thinking about all of you. I hope you missed me too! I have started school to further my already existing licence in Esthetics ( Skin Care) so that i can obtain the skills to work in a doctors office or hospital treating skin before and after surgical procedures. I am really excited about it. So now instead of having only 600 hours i now will have a total combined of 1700 hours not to mention my nail hours i have already obtain. So I”m excited. As i progress along i will keep you up to date all all the goings. My classmates seem nice. I am a bit more reserved in school because of my reasons for begin there which is to learn, but as time goes on i know it will all fall into place. I have had so much home work. We have a project due on the 22 of this month and this counts as a major part of our grade. We had to make a business plan as if were applying for a real loan to open our own spa,  as well as come up  with a name and a menu, radio  ad and a collage of things you are going to have in your spa. It’s been crazy! But it’s going to tone down. We are just about done with this topic which included resumes as well as interviewing. I know what you are thinking why do this now? Why not towards the end of class? That’s what i have been thinking too. I Would rather have this when i am about to graduate. So that’s why you haven’t heard from me, tyring to balance everything not only WhaTaDu but family time and school time. I have a great family that is supporting my decision to go back to school as well as a great employer.  I hope you are are just as understanding. Michael Jackson

I am truly a fan of Michael Jackson. When i found out he had passed i couldn’t believe it really! It didn’t seem real or even right. I had gotten several calls from friends about his death. I was like wow. 50 years old and still going strong, in the making of a concert and then gone. The word tells us that tomorrow isn’t promised to any of us. However, it was great to see the out pour of love from around the world that people had and still have for Michael. I just wish that he was able to see and hear how the world embraced him and loved him. There will never be another Michael! I don’t think any generation from here on will ever experience an artist such as Michael Jackson ever. When BET did their special i watched a few mins of it and turned. I thought it was the most unprofessional and stupid show i have ever seen. They didn’t have to rush into a tribute for Michael. They could have waited and really planned something special. To me they were not up to par by no means. Thank God in the name of Jesus for his memorial service that really showed love and respect for what Michael did and for who he was as as entertainer and as a person. I loved when Al told Michael kids that there was nothing strange about your dad, what was strange was what was happening around him.  I was like that’s right because now as they grow up they are going to hear so many things about their dad both good and bad true and untrue and i hope that nothing sways them or trips them up about their dad in the name of Jesus. His daughter really started my tears flowing because i felt the hurt and love she had for her dad in those few words, which gave you an different perception of Michael that most never saw him as and that’s a Dad. So i loved it. His brother said well Michael maybe they will leave you alone now. They still have not left him alone, because now it’s going to be about what was in his home, what they found so forth and so on trying to figure out still who he was. I hope that his kids are blessed and will experience what it’s like to live somewhat of a normal life if that is what they choose and not pushed into anything they don’t want to do. I hope that everything that Michael wanted for his kids will be and everything he didn’t want won’t in the name of Jesus. Because that’s how i would want it to be if it were my kids.

So in closing people i just want to say give people their flowers while they are living because when they are dead and gone they can’t smell them.

TrueBlood Season 2

OK, as you know i was wrong about them killing Lafayette., none- the- less he is in a fucked up situation. I guess Eric was not playing when he said that he was going to get all those that have wronged a vampire. I don’t think it’s fair for Lafayette however due to the fact that him and his vampire lover were involved in a fair exchange. Sex for V. So will they turn him into a vampire?  I rather see him as a vampire than dead. Maryann flips out over her do boy (male maid)  for handing Tara and Eggs a towel when they didn’t need it. I can’t wait till we really get down to what the hell Maryann is all about i mean really. I was so happy that she told Tara’s mom about herself. I wonder if that bitch is going to relapse. But you know if she does Tara will be right there. You know sometimes people need to be left alone family or not because all they do is bring you down and keep you where they are. I know Tara loves her mom but I’m with Maryann, leave her to herself for a while and just do you. Did they not jack Ms. Jannet up? They ripped her heat out! Was she just in the wrong place at the wrong time or had she done something to a vampire? Either way i would like to know who did it. Jason is going to be a trip, and i do believer that these people are going to turn him inside out in a bad way in the end. Jason really needs to be a part of something and so i guess this is it. And thanks to sookie on behalf of their dead uncle that bill killed he can go on this retreat. The Bullshit is going to be amazing. Bill truly has his hands full with Jessica. She is going to cause a mess of trouble. And did you see how she sounded and looked when she found out that sookie is the reason for  her begin turned into a vampire! Sookie may not be as safe with her as she may think. (talking about a girls night out). It’s nice to see  Sookie and Bill hook up again. Oh to be Sookie! I would so do a Vampire. Their passion at least Bills passion as well as sookie’s is such a turn on. I guess after a while the fangs don’t bother you as much. I don’t know but it’s something about that. I thought it was a hot scene on Twilight when dude was sucking the poison out of his girlfriends arm and dude almost couldn’t stop it was something about that as well  damn. It’s a thin line between pleasure and pain and i like that and i think that’s what Vampires bring. So maybe that’s it. When i really figure it out i will let you know. But think about it would you be a fang banger? While you’re thinking about it don’t forget to tune into HBO to catch the second showing of the 2nd Season of TrueBlood i think it will be more exciting then the first.

The Jacksonville Foodfight

OK This was my first time attending the Jacksonville Food Fight. I had some high expectations as far as food was concerned, and i was excited about how it would be set up and how i was going to feel once inside. When we walked in the music was on the smells were amazing and the people sounded wonderful, everyone seemed to be having a great time. It was great to go upstairs and see all the people and the different stations of foods. I mean there was so much food. There was of course your everyday cool spots like hooters, BJ’s and such you had some very good tapas;things you don’t eat everyday, Little but pack much Punch. You also had meatloaf sandwiches, sandwiches that had pulled pork with a lime dressing with a handmade slaw. I mean there were all kinds of venues. I even tried raw meat. OK but it was not too bad when i put some special green salad withit. Now i am one that likes to try all different kinds of food. I would try something once.  I would love to travel and taste stuff like bulls balls, LOL, and Lambs eyeballs, not to mention live squid, i mean it can’t get much better than that besides adding some meal worms and Crickets and lets not forget the ants lava  and ants that when roasted taste like nuts. What! I would be all over that. None the less they had some of the most beautiful cupcakes there, Chocolate fountains, White Chocolate fountains, rice dishes, I mean everything from A-Z and then some. The spirits were great. However, for me there was one that stood out the most and this was a simple margarita  now with this margarita he made it right there on the spot but he added another  liquor to the mix and that was the best thing i had tasted all night! It wasn’t too strong it was perfect! And guess what i have never like margaritas! but i feel in love with this one.That was a good ass margarita. Now i must admit as far as food nothing really made me say wow that was awesome there was nothing i went back twice to taste. I was very excited when i saw the crab cake factory there because i have never tried them on my outings, so to see them there was great because I had been talking about going there.I was a bit full but i just had to try these crab cakes i just knew my mouth was going to be happy. I was like what in the world is this. It was mushy it was just not appealing i ended up throwing it away and i felt bad because damn this is an event to bring awareness to hunger here in Jacksonville and providing for those that don’t have so i kinda felt bad about throwing it away, but i was so disappointed. However, I’m not going to hold it against them i will just have to go in and have a seat at the Crab Cake Factory and hopefully they will change my opinion. There were 2 floors of food and beverages. I also enjoyed the frozen drinks, they had pina colada and mango it was awesome. I was like the girl in pulp Fiction “I Said Got Damn” The cool thing about them is that you can have this delivered to your event and they will set you up and all you have to do is prove the alcohol. So i look forward to having this at our upcoming event. You will love it. So here are some pictures i took so that you could get a feel for who was there. I wish i could allow you to smell and taste what i did. I look forward to the 20th Annual FoodFight. I had a nice time. This is an event that you wouldn’t want to do alone even tho you can meet others i think it’s so much more fun with a friend but still mix and mingle. So if you didn’t get a ticket you need to make sure to get your tickets for the next one. It’s for a great cause and it also brings awareness to the fact that the food banks are seeing a rise in the amount of people coming to for help to feed themselves or their family and like i say there’s nothing stopping you or i  from begin in that position, and if that were the case you would hope to be able to get help to feed your family. Ladies Choice Wednesdays At The Ivy Ultra Bar

I had not been to ladies night for a while so i decided to go this past Wednesday. The last time i told you about this event i was like it was an ok crowd there. This time when we went it was off the chain. There were way more people than before. I was happy to see that. The people wanted to party that night. They had a great mix of people there as well which is always a 10 in my book. I love a well diverse crowd. Q45 was spinning hits from back in the day making you say ahhh shoot! they also did a soul train circle and some people got up and were working it out. There was this old guy there and he was doing his thing. Even tho he was older he said shoot i got this, it was a joy to see him cut a rug the way he was doing and just enjoying life, drunk or not. This time i didn’t order a Apple Martini my husband doesn’t know what he gave me the first time because he told the bartender to just surprise me. It was a good drink so much so  that i wanted to order another one. The second drink was a sex on the beach and it was good too. I wanted to order another after that but i didn’t because after 2 drinks with me i am sick. I just can’t drink more than 2. My husband was there on business so he wasn’t much fun so i got my dance on with myself and this guy that was in town for just one night. I had a whole lot of fun dancing withhim. He said he was from California  and he wanted me to show him how the 904 does it so i did but it was all in fun. That night   was by far one of the best nights there and i think it’s really jumping off with the people so if you have not been to the Ivy Ultra Bar Ladies Night please stop in you will have a ball. This Wednesday it’s Hip Hop Vs. Dance Hall you know it’s going to be off the meter. Now by this begin my birthday week i have to wear something a bit more out there, but classy of course. The dance hall ladies are going to be doing it up for real. One of the Summer Bunnies will be hosting this event. Log on to that event and get all the details. June 19th is the date. Sail Jacksonville

The family headed out to Sail Jacksonville. Now for those of you that don’t know every year Jacksonville host Sail Jacksonville. Ships from all over including pirate ships dock on the river. There are Pirates walking around interacting with you officers of past i mean some of everything is walking around. It’s so cool to see what foods they ate doing this time how they prepared them things that they used in everyday life that’s so different from what we use now. The kids loved to see the pirates they took pictures with the people they acted the part. Jack Sparrow was even there and if you didn’t know any better you would think it was him. I mean his demeanor as well as the way he carried himself you really wanted to believe that was Jack. We missed the pirate fight. It was hot and a lot of people were out touring the ships. There were plenty of vendors of all sorts. The doggies even showed up. It was so hot that the  kids, adults and doggies alike were getting wet in the fountain, some even came in their swimsuits. I thought it was cool to be able to go down in the ships and really see the living quarters and get an ideal what it would be like on a ship for an extended period of time. It would suck because those damn ships were hot as hell. There was one ship that had ac on in one room, but the rest of those ships were just hot. I stopped getting on them and let the kids ride out with dad with the touring of the ships. They had a bounce house for the kids shaped like a pirate ship.There was this talented team (male & female) that was out the yard with their craft. I have some pictures of their work it was impressive. The kids were able to get up close and dig in the  sand and make sand castles as well free of charge. There were a few activities that you had to pay  There was only one jumping with business. They  had these glass bottles different shapes and sizes and you had to pay to put  colored sand inside. They were nice. I almost built one myself but quickly snapped back. I felt it was too much money. (10.00)  There was a balloon guy out there and of course he was a pirate. He also told pirate Jokes. Like what’s a pirate favorite letter? rrrrrr. I thought that was so funny! My husband was looking at me like i was stupid which made it even more hilarious! The kids were also allowed to go rock climbing and play with water boats remote control style. We had a fun time it was the heat that made us ready to leave. It takes a lot out of you. I must say that i am torn with which do i like more? pirates or vampires. There were some sexy pirates walking around RRRRR both male and female. I was thinking i would do a Pirate..There sexy attire and that look and confidence i love it. Esp when the pirate knows he looks good but not begin arrogant about it but having fun and enjoying folk. It’s hot.They were shooting off cannons and old guns it was cool and like i said the kids love it and Jacksonville has some serious pirate fans, i think i just became one. Here’s some of the pictures. Maybe next year i should explore my pirate side and put my best sexy pirate on. Oh, before i go let me tell you what happen. So like i keep saying the kids were all into it. We had been talking about this for days. Now we get there and the kids are seeing the pirates and there are kids dressed up as well that are a part of the venue. So my youngest 3 years old says look mommy at those pirates (speaking about the little kids he saw) this older person who was with this child comes up out of his mouth with they are not pirates they are people. I’m like no he didn’t. So i said my kids know they are people and weather or not they are pirates or not they have on costumes and the whole point of the event is really about using your imagination so for you to come out your mouth to a 3 year old about that is bullshit esp when you didn’t have the right intentions and tone. Now if you were on your job you would have educated my child in a positive way about what he really was seeing. So if you don’t have anything good to say shut the fuck up and let kids be kids. Don’t take it out on him because your fat ass is hot ass hell. I was pissed off. I hate when i loose my cool because i don’t often do so, but i thought he was wrong for the way he went about it. Maybe he was tired of hearing it i don’t know just be careful talking to mine. Outside of this person people were friendly. My youngest son had some ice cream and not looking where he was going ran into a guy taking pictures and got chocolate ice cream on the man white shorts in the crouch area, he thought that was funny as all day. It did look like something you would see on a tv show he took it all in good spirits. So here are the pictures i must say i had a ball taking pictures at this event. See photo gallery.

Ladies Choice Wednesdays

Ladies Choice Wednesdays was sooo Fun!

When we showed up it wasn’t a big crowd. The people that were there were watching the game. Lakers vs. Houston so i need not say more. Some of the ladies as well were into the game. So of course i ordered a Apple Martini. It was good, a bit strong for me but good. No apple tho, they gave me a cherry. But it was a sweet cherry. And guess what it was a 2 for 1 deal so at this point i was good. I started taking a few pictures and before you know it i was meeting some very nice people. NOW let me say that before i take anyone’s picture i always introduce myself and ask can i do so. But i have come to conclusion that there are a lot of suspect people out. I got a lot more No’s then sure. For me that was a first. lol. It was funny to me and to them as well. I was like are you wanted or what? But none the less it was fun talking to them, and i was able to get a few pictures. As the night continued you could not help but to get your dance on. The music was non stop Hot! I mean from old school to New. You would have been like damn that’s my jam i haven’t heard that song in a long time! and then get up if you were not already and make your booty pop! Yes! The DJ was off the chain and out the yard with his. I lie to you not. The ladies were getting there dance on to the fullest. The guys too, and if they were not the ladies were taking them by hand and leading them on the dance floor. The Night was Great! Great Music, and Cool People. The latter it became the more people showed up. So it was a nice crowd. It was almost perfect. The only thing that was missing was you!! So i look forward to seeing you this and every Wednesday for Ladies Choice at the Ivy Ultra Bar and bring a friend you will have a Blast!

World of Nations

I should have already posted this. None the less. the family and i attend the World of Nations. It was set up a bit differently this year, but still lively and exciting as ever. There was great food. I tried a fried  pork Pattie which i didn’t really like to much. I also tried some great food in Poland. Their stuff cabbage and sausage was great. Everything i tried in Poland was good. In Africa i had mac-cheese and corn bread and sweet potato pie. yum! I had some wonderful strawberries as well. I didn’t pick up any sugarcane this year, i over looked it. I don’t think i will go next year not because it wasn’t fun but we do it every year and i think i am a bit bored with it. There are great items to buy there, good music and such but i think i am just bored with it. If i do go i will go the first day and then call done. So here are some pictures. Now i had better ones but my husband didn’t know what he was doing and deleted them. So here is what we have.

The Naval Ship That Docked @ The Jacksonville Landing

This past weekend we checked out the Navy Ship that docked at the Jacksonville Landing. It was a big ship not as big as most but none the less a big ship. They were doing guided tours all day. It was some good information given, it would have been better if you could better understand them. I guess i need to learn Spanish! Here are some pictures of the ship.
